Rithmm Leaderboard Contest Official Rules

1. Eligibility
• Open only to legal residents of the United States, age 21+.
• Limit one account per person; multiple accounts by the same individual will result in disqualification.
• Residents of Arizona, Iowa, Louisiana, and Washington are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
• Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and their immediate family/household members of Rithmm, Inc. (“Sponsor”) are not eligible.
• By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and Rithmm’s Terms of Service.
2. Contest Period
• Contest weeks follow the official league week dates for each sport.
• The date range for each week is shown at the top of the leaderboard page.
• Standings will freeze after the final scheduled game of the contest week has been completed and all results have been finalized. No adjustments will be made after this point.
3. How to Enter
• To participate, you must have a valid Rithmm account (paid subscription or trial).
• Tracking a bet in the Rithmm app is your official contest entry. Bets must be tracked before the scheduled start time of the game (pre-game only). You may untrack a bet within 5 minutes of tracking; after that, it is locked.
• Entries are defined by Model × Bet Type × Sport. Example: Alpha Model × Moneyline × NFL = one entry; Alpha Model × Totals × NFL = another entry.
• To qualify, each entry must include at least the sport-specific minimum number of eligible tracked bets for that week, as displayed in-app on the leaderboard or rules screen for the relevant sport.
• You may earn multiple entries by meeting the sport-specific minimum in different categories: meet the minimum for Spreads for one entry, meet the minimum for Moneylines for another entry, and meet the minimum for Totals for another entry.
• You may use up to 3 different Rithmm models, giving you a maximum of 9 entries on the same leaderboard (3 bet types × 3 models).
• Each entry competes independently on the leaderboard.
4. Eligible Bets
• Tracked pre-game only.
• Eligible bet types include Spreads, Moneylines, and Totals
• Push = 0 units (still counts toward minimum)
• Voids/cancellations don’t count toward minimum or ROI
• No duplicates: Multiple tracks of the exact same bet within an entry will count only once. Duplicate bets include the same event, market, side, and line/price. Attempts to inflate the minimum with duplicates may result in disqualification for that entry or for the user.
5. Scoring & Leaderboard
• All bets graded as 1 unit risk. Stake size is ignored.
• ROI = (Units Won − Units Lost) ÷ Eligible Bets.

• Rithmm’s standings are final.
6. Prizes & Payouts
• Weekly prize amounts and places are displayed on the leaderboard page.
• Prizes will be paid via Venmo, PayPal, ACH transfer, or check, at Sponsor’s discretion. Winners may be asked to provide the necessary account details (e.g., Venmo handle, PayPal email, or bank information) to receive payment.
• All potential winners and their tracked bets are subject to validation before payout. Sponsor reserves the right to verify, adjust, or override results, and to disqualify any winner or entry that violates these Rules or shows signs of fraud, tampering, or abuse.
• All prizes will be issued within 30 days after standings freeze and verification.
• Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes. An IRS Form W-9 is required for cumulative prizes of $600 or more in a calendar year.
• Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
• Limit one prize per entrant per contest week; if an entrant qualifies for multiple prize positions, only the highest prize will be awarded and lower prize(s) will be awarded to the next highest-ranked eligible entrant(s).
7. Verification
• All potential winners are subject to verification of age, identity, and state of residence before receiving any prize.
• Winners may be required to provide: A valid government-issued photo ID, and any additional documentation reasonably requested by Sponsor (e.g., proof of residency, IRS Form W-9 for prizes ≥ $600). Failure to provide required verification within 7 days of request will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.
• Prizes will not be awarded to entrants who are: Under 21 years of age, Residents of ineligible states (Arizona, Iowa, Louisiana, Washington), or Otherwise in violation of these Official Rules.
• Sponsor reserves the right to withhold prizes until verification is complete.
• If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond to notification, or is otherwise ineligible, the prize may be forfeited.
8. Fair Play
• No purchase necessary.
• Fraud, multiple accounts, abuse, tampering, cheating, or violations of these Official Rules may result in disqualification.
• Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.
• Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice.
• In the event of early termination, Sponsor may, at its discretion, determine winners from among all eligible participants up to the date of termination or elect not to award some or all prizes.
9. Publicity Release
• By accepting a prize, winners grant Rithmm the right to use their name, likeness, username, and leaderboard results for promotional purposes without compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10. Limitations of Liability
• Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, network failures, or any issue that affects contest participation or leaderboard calculation.
